Arsenal needs about 10 new players and a new manager. But they never spent money even when they had CL revenue so I'm not sure how they will revolutionize the club now that they're out of everything.

Their defense is suspect. Arsenal got in behind their defense on 3-4 occasions, but as always, they took one too many touches or tried to be cute and elaborate with their passing.

Sure, City's vaunted forward play is a sight to behold, but I do recall that Liverpool put 4 past them not too long ago.
