It's awful to work there. The trafic will destoy you psychologically. But living there for a week every 2 or 3 months is something i'd die for.
I've been to Istanbul more times than in any other city outside Croatia and i'm in love with this city. The orient with the touch of Byzantine. It doesn't get any better than that.
Moscow has nothing on Istanbul.

Well I've been to neither so I can't judge, but it's all a matter of personal taste. I'm leaning more towards Moscow though, because of "mother Russia" and all that crap , to me Moscow has a soul. I'd love to visit it during winter. As someone who hates winter, I'm sure it would make me appreciate our Zagreb's winter much more.
