If there isn't a similar thread then this is the place to show us your city and brag how beautiful it is.

I'll start.
I'm from Omiš, a very small town on the Adriatic coast in Croatia. The positives of living in a small town are : It's quiet and one picture from short distance is enough to catch the whole town in it.

That's quite the beautiful place, Alen. One can only hope to visit such a place one day.

The city where the family was founded: Detroit, Michigan.

My current town, home of my university.

I didn't mean it should have been Madison, I just thought it was an odd use of the word "founded," that's all.
