True, but i still have to say im not convinced with having a Brazilian CB. Im sure Pepe has been picked up on his numerous mistakes before in the past.

Anyway i think Barzagli is 90% likely to come to us anyway.

Juve add touch of Pepe
Tuesday 13 March, 2007

“I am contracted until 2009 and I want to focus on the current championship,” he said recently. “I will think about the rest afterwards, I don’t want any drop in concentration for now.”

Pepe, who could also become a target for struggling Real Madrid, is valued at a massive £14m by Porto.

Although Juventus have struggled financially since their demotion to Serie B, the Old Lady may be willing to make such a huge sacrifice.

I dont see us winning an bidding war with Chelsea or Real. Does anybody got a clue about how big our transfer budget is???

Barzagli is an excellent choice for us. And I hope you are right.

That sound pretty nice :D

But still we wont get far if we only go after the big stars, or pay 14 mil for a player like Pepe...

14M for Pepe. That is WAAAAAAAAAAY to high. Imagine all the quality we could get for that price. WHAT?!?!?!?

Every defender on my list is cheaper than that. He is one of the lowest quality defenders on my list. I hope this isn't serious.

No it isn't. :p He's a really good player but I prefer Barzagli not in terms of ability but in terms of style of playing, Barzagli has adapted to Italian football, where as Pepe has only Brazilian and Portuguese experience which isn't close to the Italian football style.

I watch Benfica, Porto, and some Sporting in that order, so you can ask me about players from those teams.
