We cant spend 80, but the overall cost of a 10m contract over 5 years is roughly the same as a 5m salary + 40-50m transfer fee. You can get a good mid or winger with that money thatll still have value after 5 years unlike 33-34 yo Dybala.

+With how often he's injured, theres a big risk wed have been prisoners of Dybalas new contract 2-3 years later.
Vlahovic cost us around €90M was it? Not at all saying it isn't possible, but I am skeptical at this point that we can bring in the level of quality that we need for anything under €60M or so, not counting salary.

Edit: Just checked, Vlahovic was more like 80.

You are bloody madman, Dybala is an average player who cracks under pressure and who is past his prime, we had a chance to sell him when madman Levy was Ready to splash 75m but even then dybala's agent fucked up everything
That says everything about you opinion about Paulo. There are many things we can argue but average? You're talking nonsense

Mind blowing how some are so critical of him...the only negative I have for dybala is not being available enough to play. Other than that everything on field has been very good. Oh, his latest hair cut is another negative as well but that's it.

People hate him yet this thread is very active, perhaps it's the realisation that his replacement is going to be a senior citizen on 10M wages who has experience of cruciate ligament injury or a world-class player from 15 years ago like Gareth Bale.

People just look at numbers and proclaim hjm a legend. The guy walked away from the club, for free, in the middle of his "prime", beimg pety over a few million that he didnt even deserve. There is more to being a legend than goals

Just move to rookie section already

It's not just Vlahovic but also Chiesa, and maybe even Locatelli. All 3 of them are better in a 4-3-3 and they are all the future.

They all have to sacrifice to play a 4-4-2 with Dybala (Chiesa further from goal, Vlaho more running to make up for Dybala, Locatelli in defence).
Sorry to disapoint you, but there is a new SS in town

Yet, here you are agreeing with Zizinho who is all for bringing in an equally inconsistent guy who will demand higher wages and who hasn't accomplished shit since he left six years ago. Hypocrisy at its finest.

He always does, using XG and analytics (absolute BS) to justify his "opinions."

Stats don't always tell the entire story, but I digress.
