The English fans and media will be expecting top-level performances (with all of the tricks and flicks for good measure) every week from him now, given that he is the most expensive player ever. He couldn't even cope with having the pressure on him at us during the horrible first 3-4 months of last season, good luck now, retard.
he will be fine. and even if he struggles, he will be given the coman-treatment by the media, the manu-fans and (unfortunately) by the vast majority of tuz:
if he doesn´t show up for ten games straight -> no one cares, no one mentions it. if he plays ok-ish+ -> hype, hype, hype.
doing a fancy trick and losing the ball right after? -> "wow did you see that fancy trick? great player!"

having said that, he obviously is a great player and i rate him highly but some act like he is zidane with better physique, which is just retarded.

Here is the link to corporate tax when you sell business assets. https://www.gov.uk/tax-when-your-company-sells-assets/overview

"Your limited company usually pays Corporation tax on the profit (chargeable gain) made from selling an asset"
BTW, there's also this:

http://www.ukipdaily.com/tax-football-transfer-fees/

UKIP was arguing for a different rule here, because now "It seems it (a transfer) is seen as an expense much like a company buys machinery or commodities to then repackage and sell it. Any taxation of the club comes from the club’s profits or in most cases with big club’s losses, so they then don’t have any taxes to pay."

Do you even know what we're arguing about or you just agree with whoever is against me?
Because your link supports my position.

So how does this work in Bulgaria? Also, what's your business?
It works like this: Individuals pay income tax (10% flat), dividend tax (5%) or capital gains tax (10%, except for profits on the Bulgarian stock exchange when it's 0%). Limited liability companies pay corporate tax of 10% on the profit. Sale of assets for a gain constitutes a profit and gets taxed if there is an overall profit.

I'm intrigued though. He's a big business owner apparently. I wonder which business.
I never said big.

You have 10% income tax? Wow. I love that you guys just work with 10 or 5% too. It's like the Middle Ages and you're giving money to the church.

Anyway, what's your business?

That's my point exactly. You pay the corporation tax. That's different from the capital gains tax on individuals and partnerships - could be a different rate and different deductibles.
It still functions as a chargeable gains tax on profit made from Sales of assets, and from every source I can find is 20% in the UK.

juventus will be charged a 20% tax on the chargeable gains of Pogba's sale. If we invest as well and end up losing money this year to offset that gain, that 20% will come out in tax allowances and relief. We still don't get to count Pogba's individual sale as net 105 mil to the positive, because we are having to use tax reliefs and allowances to offset those 20 mil of corporate taxes.

Pogba's sale looked at alone has a net positive of 72 mil because of the chargeable gains tax of approx. 20 mil, and then solidarity subsidy of around 3-4 mil, and agent commission of around 7-8 mil.

they paid 105 (in 2 years) + 5m in case of a renew for Paul or if he get sold withing the next 5 years
But now it seems we have to pay italian taxes over gains.[/QUOTE]

I am aware about the taxes and other legal duties .I thought that full amount was 110 + 10 not 105 + 5 mil..

In the case of Pogba and Italy I have no clue how it works. About the UK, the real distinction between the two taxes is this: Suppose you gain 10m for sale of an asset, but lose 10m from normal operations. How much do you pay in taxes? If it's like you say, then you will pay taxes on the 10m. If it's like I say, you will pay 0 in corporate tax.
