First he is yet to reach the basic standard of someone supposedly bound to be one of the best of his time, consistency. He's grown a lot at Juventus but honestly most legends of the game at his age were already putting the world on fire.
I give him 2 more years to reach that point. If he doesn't then it's hard to believe he'll be reaching those levels at all. Right now he's more hype than the talent he's supposed to have, just glimpses of brilliance here and there.
It's okay though, he's been mostly a good player for us, he respects the club, has been a figure of great importance at our marketing department catching the eye of the younger fans around the world, and is such a happy go lucky character. He's a good kid and we should do what we can to keep him for as long as possible.
