Indeed but hes complicating to much like in the beginning of the season. Sometimes the easiest solution (pass to his teammate) is the best one.

He was poor going forward, misplaced passes, poor decision making, etc... but as far as controlling the game, his presence in midfield was huge.

I liked that at one point in the 1st half he held his hands up apologising to his teammates after losing the ball for the umpteenth time. Much better 2nd half.

He is acting less petulant lately, hopefully it will help him on the pitch through the end of the season.
