Bale scores goals, alot of goals.

Pogba is better, but doesnt give real madrid fans as many orgasms, so his price, wich is based on the orgasm/minute ratio, is lower as a consequence.

you can think my reply is a joke, but truely, every player that goes over 60 mil to an oilteam or madrid, has to justify that price by the attraction to the fans.

Baresi today, would we worth far more then any player. But no one would pay over 50mil, cause he's a sober defender, that is only legendarely good at defending, and in the modern game a defender is rated on the goals he scores (ramos, luiz), despite beeing utter shitcrap as a defender (ramos, and especially luiz)
pogba is Defensive Midfielder.six goals in that class is remarkable. Plus the assists(skill, dribbling, and creativity+speed). And lots more to come. pogba need to more exprience for more score goal.
but i think he doesnt leave Juventus for Real Madrid : www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2015/...lls-pogba-dont-leave-juventus-for-real-madrid

During WC 2006 Brazil had their camp 1km from my home so I went there with DP10 jersey+edding to farm an autograph from Emerson but he ignored me :frown: Since then I have been crying into my pillow.

In the same interview he said he was sorry to leave Juve for Madrid and advised Pogba not to make his mistake.

@Siamak your English has really improved. Good job, keep it up!

Pogba is indeed remarkable. And has a value higher then Bale. But a lower sale value then bale, for the reasons mentionned.
Of course - Madrid can justify spending so much on players like Ronaldo or Bale because of the hype they generate. That hype directly translates into shirt and ticket sales which of course means more money. Players like Pogba will perhaps be more helpful to them in a footballing sense but he's not quite in a financial sense (although not far off, everybody knows about his long range shots and dribbling tricks).

That's the state of modern football. Likely why Milan signed Honda for example.

There is nothing wrong with what he said because it is true and the club was offloading a lot of players for financial reasons. He was never a traitor and now he says he wishes he never left.

If i was a professional Footballer i'd have left too. People hold grudges against the ones who left like him and Ibra, it's dumb, it's a job like any other.

Nobody is forced to stay and take steps back in their career.
I've no issue with the players who left. The ones who left and talked shit on the other hand..

Ramos is so underrated here it's incredible. Using some members logic here, he would receive less criticism had he scored less (important) goals.

Probably. I mean the a bit exaggerated criticism of Ramos is mostly due to the equally exaggerated hype in mainstream football media and fandom. That hype exists in large parts due to his tendency to score goals.

And to some extent the ones who went straight to Inter.

I know. He's not even the best Real Madrid defender IMO, but he's still pretty damn good, and too suggest you'll take Bonucci ahead of Ramos purely based on defending ability is laughable, even coming from me.

Yep.

Perhaps if Bonnucci continues playing like he has done this season it won't be ridiculous anymore in the future, but Ramos is quite obviously ahead of him at the time.

Ramos is exceptionally skilled defender, problem with him has allways been his mind/attitude, very rash and moody kinda dumb player. Pressure cooker big games and his temper has tended to get him in lots of trouble throughout his career, but seems to be calming down as he gets older and is getting more accolades for it, its not just about the goals even if it helps the brand and reputation of the player big time. Pepe is by far the better defender though IMO. Despite being an animal too, but he is so in calculated cold way, doesnt lose his mind ala Ramos, just outright bullies. This season is a rare one for Pepe he has been so on point he barely gotten a single yellow card and extremely few fouls against him lol.
