When Zidane left Juve to Madrid he had already achieved legendary status as a Juve player before he departed. When Ronaldo left United to Madrid, he too achieved legendary status in Manchester before he left. Kaka made himself a legend at Milan before he left them and so did Shevchenko. This status can be achieved either by wearing the shirt for a very long time thus creating memorable moments or by delivering insane performances that give the team an insane push even if only for a short period of time.
Juve is not Tottenham so that super talented players can only think of it as a stepping stone without really caring how the fans will remember them or what they achieved wearing the club's shirt (like bale did). We are a top team and every player should want to leave his mark before they depart to better teams. I hope Pogba stays for two more years or so to achieve legendary status first before he leaves to become a Madrid Galactico. Juve is not at big as Madrid, Barca or Bayern today but its still too big to just nurture talents for these teams without them caring about what they have achieved in the squad.
This is how we should pitch it to Pogba. Mark your name next to the likes of Zizou and Platini by staying for a while and then go wherever you want to.
