Real will only invest in a huge big name they can market.

Pogba is a big talent, not a big name. I dont expect real to actually make an offer untill he is consistantly high class

Not a big name? Clearly, you're not following football man. Won the U20 WC with France in 2013 and was named Golden Ball. Golden Boy in 2013. Best young player at the World Cup this past summer. Scored the winning goal against Olympiacos in the CL this year that allowed Juve to progress. Is a clear match winner in many matches in Serie A over the last 18 months.

He's a massive name in football right now, and is very easily marketable as the face of French football moving forward, a young and very talented French generation that is looking very promising for the future international tourneys. They arguably outplayed Germany in their QF match at the WC.

If teams are bidding for him this summer, and it seems he is up for sale, Real Madrid will certainly be involved.

Also he is hyped as fuk. Im pretty sure that if a bidding war ensues, someone filthy rich will panic and pay stupid money.

Not a big name? His name is bigger than his talent tbh. But that's normal nowadays.

Yep. I don't get why Zach thinks he isn't a big name. Aside from Neymar, he's probably the biggest under-23 name in football right now.

His talent is massive, but where Zach is right, is that he hasn't consistently shown it yet. He's close. The number of match-winning type moments he has is very impressive, but it'd be nice to see him exert his influence for longer periods each game, rather than just sporadic episodes of brilliance. It was the same with James Rodriguez though, at Porto and Monaco, before his stunning World Cup run (aged 22). Even Gareth Bale before his breakout season of 2012-2013. Inconsistency has always been the problem for these phenomenal young players.

Neymar was an exception, and this wasn't just from playing in Brazil, as if you look at what he did with the National team before his move to Barca, he was brilliant there also.

Pogba, as it currently stands, will not be sold for less than 80 mil. If he continues to develop, that number may become something more in the range of 100 mil.

Is there truth in him being the |Next|100m Real Madrid's Toy gossip???

I don't know what to say if its true. It's close to Zidane's amount(acc inflation) and there is a huge chance something will prevent him from getting that good. But then he might turn better too.

Not worried that Marotta is gonna waste the money , but realistically we can't hope to attract players that will compensate for him. In fact things are so bad on the transfer front most of our starters would not be challenged soon and our only scare is that they might actually become targets for bigger teams. Realistically no one would ever challenge Chiellini, Buffon' or Tevez' spot, they will be replaced with lower quality material... let's hope our scouting department is our priority.

Look, its simple.

Barcelona doesnt show interest, and for a reason. Pogba isnt the type of player they want.
Real Madrid has Modric and Kroos. Meanwhile Pogba has been performing very inconsistant. Madrid isnt gonna buy Pogba untill he's blasting around for juventus, especially in the CL, so they can make that big name transfer.

Chelsea has Mourinho, who only cares about what player improves his team the most. If chelsea has the cash we want, he'll come for him.

PSG has wanted Pogba a few times now. Its a matter of time before they'll offer the cash we'd accept.

City has used cm's with a simular style but inferior, and certainly have the cash, they could come for him too

Pogba is worth less then Hazard

And before you'll get upset, its true, and its why i'm saying we allways lose big time if we sell pogba.

You cant get the cash that the player should be worth, cause he's a cm
Pogba > Kross & Modric
