What do you mean? You mean you'd ask for cash only?
Look, its simple.

Barcelona doesnt show interest, and for a reason. Pogba isnt the type of player they want.
Real Madrid has Modric and Kroos. Meanwhile Pogba has been performing very inconsistant. Madrid isnt gonna buy Pogba untill he's blasting around for juventus, especially in the CL, so they can make that big name transfer.

Chelsea has Mourinho, who only cares about what player improves his team the most. If chelsea has the cash we want, he'll come for him.

PSG has wanted Pogba a few times now. Its a matter of time before they'll offer the cash we'd accept.

City has used cm's with a simular style but inferior, and certainly have the cash, they could come for him too

Pogba for Hazard + Cesc
Pogba is worth less then Hazard

And before you'll get upset, its true, and its why i'm saying we allways lose big time if we sell pogba.

You cant get the cash that the player should be worth, cause he's a cm

We'd have to weight the opportunity cost. If selling him means we'd get 2 great players for a good price then it can't be that bad, ya know. We sold Zidane and look at how that turned out.
We had to break the world record for a goalkeeper and a defender to Parma, and were lucky Lazio needed to sell Veron and Nedved
Today, Buffon and Thuram remain most expensive goalkeeper and third expensive defender in history

We wont sell pogba over 60mil. And everyone will hugely inflate his asking price. Just like Parma did back then. But back then we could afford it.

Don't worry, Zach. Let :beppe: work his magic. Imagine the amount of Vidal's, Pogba's and Barzagli's he's gonna get us with that money :tuttosport:

They also had no need for Bale, James, Suarez, Neymar, Kaka, etc.
They're also very interested in Reus even though they've got two of the world best wingers in Ronaldo and Bale.

Real always seems to buy players that they don't really need (mainly for a marketing purpose), so Pogba isn't a far fetch choice really.

Exactly. They don't buy based on need.

All offensive players there, wingers, AMs and strikers. Real rarely invests in areas they really need, like CM/DM, especially when you consider that Modric is close to 30 years of age and it should be their priority to start looking for replacements. But I rather see them going for another offensive player in the summer.

But thinking about replacing Lichtsteiner because he's older than Modric and offers absolutely nothing offensively in a formation where he's so important to provide width is outrageous. :touched:
