Yes I think it's too late - It's against the club's policy to get him on such high wages. However, given the club's (and Agnelli's) relationship with Pogba, I can see them jumping on the opportunity if he's willing to take a pay cut.

Not sure what qualifies as successful. Buffon, Bonucci, Morata, De Sciglio ( )?

Not sure that's the factor that matters, but who the player is. And yeah, it's right to be skeptical of Pogba.

Just don't think we're any worse off that Milan atm.
