Sure, lots of people know a lot about a lot, but then again lots of people don't know a lot about a lot. Neither you, nor I nor anyone on this forum will claim to know everything.

This is just so bloody condescending. You premface $#@!s have been spouting this nonsense for the past 5 years. Every year it's: "starting next year our league is really going to dominate the football landscape"... Every $#@!ing year. And then the excuses start: "oh the premiership is too hard so we ignore Europe"... "Leicester City proves how competitive the league is"... "United will be top 4 again next year"... "We have so much money, we are destined to be the best"... etc etc.

Absurd nonsense. Leicester City winning your overrated league is like Carpi winning Serie A. Except a relegation struggler just promoted to Serie A with 5% of the transfer budget of the big clubs would never win Serie A in a million years, because unlike the retarded kick and run child's football you play in England, Serie A teams actually understand that tactics are important.

No pushover players at United. Bitch plz. Our squad is for the man superior to yours. So he'd leave Gigi, Bonucci, Barza, Chiello, Evra, Sandro, Alves, Marchisio, Khedira, Pjanic, Mandzu, Dybala for Zlatan, Rooney, and a bunch of mediocre adolescent boys like Rash boy.

And new classico. Mourinho. What an absolutely garbage post.

If Pogba goes to your rubbish team, it's for one reason and one reason only. Money. Enjoy Europa League.
Wow, sorry if I offended you. Trust me, I have a lot of respect for Juve / Serie A and I did not at all intend this to be a condescending post.

Leicester City winning the league is not like Carpi. The Premier League follows a socialist model where all the clubs are distributed money from the massive TV deals. This allows even 'small' clubs to compete with the big clubs and buy top players. Watford, I'm sure you recall rejected a 40million pound bid for Odeon Ighalo. This is partly a reason why teams like Leicester can win the league. The EPL is going to improve I think, the likes of Mourinho, Guardiola, Mazzari, Conte, Pochetinno, alongside Klopp and old timers Wenger will make the EPL more of a tactical, continental league. Therefore, your concerns about the kick and rush nature of the EPL will no doubt diminish! I believe the EPL is not kick and rush - look at Arsenal - very technical football. However, there are teams who play that way.

I don't wish to sound rude, but the EPL is full of some of the best players in the world and that is a fact. Juventus is a great team however, don't get me wrong. My point was, moving to Old Trafford is not absolutely inconcievable move for Pogba, it's not like he is moving off to play with Tranmere Rovers, or Doncaster or Chievo or some other u team. Sure, Juve's squad is terrific and man for man better than United, however, I think you are doing football a great disservice to think Pogba wouldn't want to play against Eden Hazard, Sergio Aguero, Zlatan, Martial, Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Diego Costa, Lukaku, Harry Kane, Giroud, Aaron Ramsey, Kevin De Bruyne, Juan Mata, Silva, Christian Erikssen (and so on).

On 'paper' United do not have the worst team on earth you know.
De Gea, Smalling, Shaw, Martial, Rashford, Mkhitaryan, Zlatan, Rooney, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Bailly, Darmian, Schneiderlin are not awful, useless players And, Mourinho is surely looking at bringing in replacements.

Sure, they are not as good as Juve's team, but you can't say they are not decent. In terms of pure talent, Anthony Martial just won the finest young player of the year award, for example. But I guess he is utter mediocre/average/bang ordinary too!

Manchester United has a significantly inferior selection compared to juventus and will find it hard to qualify for the CL next season. The EPL is full of overrated players that play in incredibly weakly managed teams (example, city).

Juventus has a better team, enviroment and winning mentality. Its building a fantastic team to mount a CL challenge, and Pogba can playn exactly his correct position
At United Pogba would play in a role that he isnt suited for, and he knows this.

What can find Pogba at Manchester, that he cant find at Juventus ? Nothing.

Manchester barely makes the top10 of europ's finest teams, you have no business considering a player from the top4.

Come back when you actually make the CL

Good post but ths sentence = :facepalm2:
Sorry if I sounded too premature, but what I meant was the City Derby, played atleast twice a year, maybe more, with European/Domestic competitions in addition to the league will be one of the biggest games in world football.
It's the oil rich Manchester City, now the best club in Manchester v the historic Manchester United. Blue v Red.
More importantly, it's Mourinho v Guardiola. Who comes out on top in this battle of the best coach in the world?
Can Guardiola do it without Messi? Does Mourinho still have it in him?

It's Aguero v Zlatan. Joe Hart v De Gea and so on.

Furthermore, the EPL teams, such as Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, Everton etc all have top coaches, so will look to get top players in with the EPL money.
Also, though Manchester is dull and boring, it is only 2 hours away from London, and Pogba has lived there for 4 years of his life.

I'm just trying to rationalise Pogba's decisions for moving, in addition to Money etc. If United had Champions league this season, I believe a transfer wouldve concluded a lot earlier than it has by now should Pogba wanted to come. I believe the lack of Europe is seriously holding Pogba back a bit

Morata is gone for 30M, Zaza might leave for up to 30M, Pereyra should go for around 20M, Hernanes for 10M

so far we bought Pjanic for 30M, Lemina for 10M, Benatia was a loan and Alves was free. Pjaca will be 20M, Cuadrado if we sign him will be another loan. we still need to sign another midfielder and striker (who i dont think will be Gonzalo), but financially we can pull it off. we simply will chose not to because 94M for a 29 year old is too much. IF Higuain comes, and thats a veeeery big IF, it will be MUCH less than 94M

I know I'm a newbie but please stop lol

Ozil - overrated?
I'm guessing you're going to tell me Hamsik > Ozil, or maybe Pjanic?
And, Dybala > Aguero etc?

And *insert other player* > Eden Hazard?
Steady now.

Buffon and Juventus' back four I'd agree, they're WORLD class. And Juve have good DMs, but it's not like the EPL have awful DMs, Schneiderlin, Kante, Matic, Coquelin etc are not awful either.

Your best striker is Higuain who is not on Aguero's level.

Sure, United will find it tough to get top 4 but It's Jose Mourinho, I'm sure he can do something. Also, our summer is not finished. We've made 3 decent signings, hope to make Pogba the fourth and more will follow after August when we have a clear out. Clearly, Mourinho can still attract good players, lots of good rumours with players such as Varane, Matuidi and so on.

The EPL is not awful or rubbish or crap as you make it out to be. It has regressed sure, but I think it'll change now. Each squad is rebuilding, and top managers ARE coming in. Guardiola, Conte, Pochetinno and so on are top managers.

Again im just saying IF POGBA leaves, im trying to rationalise it :)

Ok, incase you guys haven't seen this, this is pretty old information from 5th July, but Paddy Crerand, who is a Pundit on United's TV channel, MUFC and an ex United player dropped a hint that Pogba was going to be 4th player. He seemed confident in the video.

This could indicate that a Pogba deal was long in the works, and perhaps agreed quite a while ago as Di Culo etc suggest.

He says:

When asked about Mourinho’s fourth signing of the summer, Crerand replied: “I’ll bet your life I know who the fourth player is but I’m not going to mention him. But it is somebody who’s been here before.”

Thoughts?

It could be who he 'guesses' it will be - or something a bit more than that.

Di Culo is very reliable, I don't see why this shouldn't be true.
