To think that Pogba will remain beyong 2016 is just delusional. It's clear as day that Marotta will sell him.

Only question is if he'll do it on a discount because Pogba will only want to join Barca. Very likely we won't sell him to the highest bidder, as Marotta usually does.

About Morata, if we don't have a great season I think it's likely he''ll return to Madrid. At the end of the day, they are absolutely going to exercise the buyback clause, and it will be up on him to go back. He will probably go back, I believe.

It will be 2 huge blows and Marotta better be prepared for both of them. He must plan it right now, given his faillure to plan ahead of the departure of Vidal. Pirlo wasn't necessary to be replaced, as Marchisio is a clear improvement on that position, and Tevez was adequately replaced by Dybala. But Vidal's case was horrible.

Oh, and given Marotta's words about Draxler - they were laughable, saying it wasn't a serious negotiation. Also saying a great AM was coming only to dimiss it a few days later. I had this feeling he was one of the guys on the job that told the least number of lies, but he clearly lost his path here.

Now I don't get his word for nothing. My guess is Pogba is leaving for Barca for somewhere between 60/75M, leaving much higher bids from EPL on the table. Don't think he will go for 100M, because he won't.

Isco will be the best possible replacement for him, and IF he's willing to come to Juve (big IF, depends on him having an average/poor season and a constant bench player or being played out of position), he'll cost nearly what we sold Pogba for.

If Pogba is sold for let's say 70M, best possible scenarium - 60M for Isco + 25M for Tielemans or some guy like that.

Now, replacing Morata is nearly impossible. He'll be sold for less than 30M, as says his transfer buyback clause, and he will be the best CF of the world in the coming years, IMO. Maybe some guy like Lacazette or something. But we'll have to pay 40M + for a guy like this.
Yeah that is why we rejected €80m from Barça this yr so we could sell him for less next season.

Senseless comments.

Pogba is not leaving for under 80m, thats for sure. I think it will be 100m+ if he has a great season.

The management of this club are smart people. They didn't just give him the nr 10 for nothing either. They know they have to sell him in the next 2 years maximum, probably next year.

With the nr 10 on his back in addition to Pirlo, Vidal and Tevez gone, he's the only superstar on this team and the focal point of whatever we want to achieve this year. The nr 10 is a business move; he's our biggest star, he's our nr 10- now give us the damn 100m if you want the main man of Juventus.

I honestly think Pogba has a greate sense of gratitude towards the club as well. Vidal we bought for 10,5m. He was already a star in Bundesliga, and we helped him reach that next level. But Vidal's gratitude was always more towards Leverkusen I feel.
Pogba was stuck in the reserves with United and Ferguson was blasting him in media. He was a youngster who hadn't proved anything at that point. Conte took him under his wings and we made him the superstar he is today. The club has done everything for Paul Pogba, and he knows that very well himself.

I don't think Pogba is gonna hand in a transfer request and demand a transfer to Barca or whoever if the club isn't getting the money it deserves.
He won't bite the hand that fed him, at least I hope so.

Just my five cents.

With Pirlo and Vidal gone, I think opponent defenders will be a lot more focused on Pogba because he is now by far the most intimidating midfielder in our team. Hopefully Hernanes forces himself to get some of that attention...

Good point. Hernanes needs to take some of the burden off.

I've always thought that if you have 2-3 good attackers in your team (Pogba, Hernanes, Dybala, Cuadrado), it gives the opponent enough trouble for something to give. Otherwise, 1 is generally easy for them to handle.

You must be new to football, my friend :p

Loyalty on the part of both club and player is dead.

today's gds reports that chelsea made an offer of 85m+ a player for pogba, and also a 12 million per annum wage was offered to paul like a week before the end of mercato. then paul had a lengthy conversation with raiola, and decided to stay and lead the new group at juve.

Hehe I do agree with you bro,

But im not talking about loyalty to Juventus in terms of him wanting to stay here, we all know he wants to leave for the big guns (Barca, Real),

However, I do actually think he wants Juve to get as much money for him as possible, a different kind of loyalty if you know that I mean.

That is the difference between a good player and a good leader. A good player can only contribute a very small amount because he does only apply his skill to the position he plays in and is easily shut down by doubling up on him. A good leader will make the other players around him play better even when marked. Best example is Pirlo. Even under pressure he played the ball to a lesser skilled player who did gain an advantage over the opponent just by the kind of ball he got played to.

Nobody would say that Lichtsteiner is a goal threat or very attacking player, but Pirlo made him look very dangerous by the amount of great passes he lobbed over the defense with Lichtsteiner literally receiving the ball inside the box with no opponent near him.
