Dont underestimate what a golden generation it is dude. I mentionned Darmian who is at 26 oldest amongst the younger quality italians, (didnt want to mention Marchisio cuz dude is near 30, or other nearest top player in his position Bonucci, who is 28), Germans who are in that age group and younger is filled with excellent to top quality. Muller, Götze, Özil, Hummels, Boateng, Kroos, Reus, Gundogan, ALL accomplished players who will compete for top titles long whole yet since oldest one is 26 (Hummels). Then you have a host of good midlevel ones (Schurrle, Bellarabi, Bender, Badstuber, Kramer etc) that are in same age group.

Then you have the potential top/excellent to good talents like Draxler, Volland, Meyer, Arnold, Göretzka, Emre Can, Sule, Rudiger, Ginter etc. And their most stacked talent position, neverending supply of good/top goalie ones.

Bizzarely enough the one position they cant produce quality (besides fullbacks) is strikers, complete dearth in it.

Why do you think that is?

Only one who screams talent that must be used now is Bernadeschi, and he still has alot to prove, though genuinly looks like he can become some really good.
oh, so you meant overall talent, i thought we were talking only about the upcoming generation, u23 and younger. in that case Germany does have much better talent if you count from the 89 generation onwards.

Yeah, I mentionned Azzurri regulars (besides Berardi) likr Verratti and Darmian as the marquee standouts for comparison, so I meant overall talent. But even at U23 and younger they quite clearly ahead, its not accomplished big ones like their 23-26 year olds, but have alot of young quality teens coming up right now anyways, while for Italy, who give their teens senior footie alot later on it seems, arent looking that interesting in that field (all these german teens are regulars for good bundesliga sides).

its much closer when you dont count their EURO U21 winning generation. Germany does have a few top talents, but other that that the majority of players arent that far off in quality

Not far off, but they produce and feature alot more of decent to good level talents. Flat out just good football schools that graduate to senior level and regular professionals in highest division, while too many of the italian counter part, dont seem to have the same connection in what they do between primavera level and senior footie. There is this gulf of hindrance that kinda makes it harder for young players to get trust and time. While German school of footie is about playing them as soon as possible and see if they can handle it. Arnolds, Süle's and Timo Werners, or Schalke having regular players who are teens often, 17-18 year olds that become protagonists for their clubs, just doesnt happen in Italy (except Berardi).

except sass or empoli or other clubs that can't pay 27 years old and they try to focus on young players too avoid relegation. the difference is the level of football..

 my point exactly.

Germany does work much better on their youth though, with every club in BL 1 and 2 is obligated to have ts own professional football academy, they are producing talents more than other countries currently. i remember some German, not sure who though, saying - instead of focusing on producing 3-4 "10" (thats the level of quality not an actual ten) players, we should focus on making 10-15 "8" or "7" players. this is perfectly seen with their current generation. there isnt many, if they are its very few, players that you can say are the absolute best in their position, that the absolute top clubs would build their team around. but there is a lot of players that are from good to very good, players that are good enough to. i wish a similar revolution would happen in Italy, every club should be producing its own talent, thats the best way to stay competitive in a world where Sterling goes for 60M. and the EPL has multi billion TV deals.

6 was pretty nice for him, but 10 is good I guess.
i liked him with 6, it Scireas number and it too holds a lot of responsibility to wear it. but him getting the 10 means he is serious about being the leader here. the management wants to build the team around him, he sees that and takes the challenge. thats why i love him so much, the born leader

primavera’s gotta go, gimme juventus 2.
yeah, that too. would be great for our players that arent ready for Serie A yet. we would still need teams like Sassuolo and Empoli to which we can loan to in Serie A. aside from that and the academies, Serie A should also reduce the league to 18, have lower ticket prices and build new stadiums finally

I think of it as this. Pogba takes responsibility. Gives a grain of hope he's gone next year

Meanwhile, whatever cam we sign, wont have the pressure of the #10

Zidane is the only one in the same level as Pogba, so try again
You are saying Baggio is not as talented as Pogba ?

Mate, please, please reconsider and think what you just said :D
