Here is the official agreement between Juventus and Torino for Immobile:

Ciro Immobile has today completed a switch to Torino.
The 23-year-old frontman, who spent last season with Genoa, will now continue his career with the Granata after making the short move across the city of Turin.
The full press release
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that it has terminated in its favour the current player sharing agreement with Genoa Cricket and F.C. S.p.A. (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.) concerning the registration rights of the player Ciro Immobile. The sum for the termination has been set at € 2.75 million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces the disposal to Torino Football Club S.p.A. of the registration rights of the same player for a consideration of € 5.5 million to be paid in 3 years. At the same time, Juventus and Torino signed a player sharing agreement (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.) related to the same player for a consideration of € 2.75 million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.

Yeah. My point is that this €4m is basically a rumour, and doesn't apply to Juventus buying him.

Great faith in this guy. Will never be a starter for us, but he's got great qualities as he's shown in his career, and with his cynism in front of the goal he'll be giving us some satisfactions for sure. I love his personality too, funny guy and strong character.

Quotes from Marotta:

"The objective of this transfer was to raise competition and motivation. Osvaldo was an opportunity we couldn't miss out on."

"It's a free loan and the player has drastically reduced his salary."

"The option to buy Osvaldo at 19M is an arbitrary number. We will evaluate how he adapts."

Conte:
“Osvaldo was an opportunity that we took, as the striker desperately wanted Juventus and cut so much off his wages. We are happy to have a player who improves our quality in attack, as we have Serie A and theEuropa League to challenge for.

“There were some very well-defined hierarchies and some others who had been here a long time and perhaps needed a little competition to renew their enthusiasm. It was positive to know players wanted Juve so much that they’d reduce their wages to help it happen.”

Lol, somehow i smell more torubles with this approach.

IMO this is dumb. If they coudnt sell the players they didnt wanted... its a cheap excuse to say "hey, we broguht this guy to make our benches to try harder".

Pfft. Im not buying it.

It will make our bench warmers even more mad about their playing chances..and dont give a fuck in game and in training.

Conte clearly wanted Osvaldo, as he has ZERO faith in either Quags or Giovinco right now. I'm assuming one or both of them are gone in summer. I'm hoping Mirko stays now though

For all you know our bench strikers are really not up to par. Conte's the one at training, he would be able to judge, not us. If they are not fit/useful enough for us, I don't see anything wrong with this Osvaldo transfer given that it's a free loan with a massive pay cut. It's not like Osvaldo is a Bendtner-bad player - it's a pretty good deal.

Marotta: "Osvaldo arrived on a free loan, so we didn’t pay a single penny, and the player drastically reduced his salary to help the move go through."

Boy that's a sweat deal
