He has a reputation now and players realize that they can get him wound up and maybe even sent off. Even the referee's will keep an eye on him due to his past antics.

Well, unfortunately, this is a reputation that he has built for himself, and it could take at least a season of fair play on his part before the officials cut him any slack.

Now the problem is this. How does someone who uses his agressiveness as an advantage still be the type of player he can become while removing one of the key attributes of his game??

It's not necessarily his aggression, it's his petulance. He needs to cut out this stupid behaviour that is of no benefit to him or the team. He needs to learn how to control his aggression and use it for the good of the team.

if you click on the various stats at the top of the team homepage you get each stat in team order...

If you click on them in a players section you get the overal list for players

I'm becoming more and more afraid that Zlatan's arrogance will get the better of him, and eventually get the better of the team as well. As Vinni has stated time and time again, if Zlatan continues to show a lack of respect for opponents on the pitch he will be sent of or banned during a time when we need the player the most. I do not know how many times I have seen Zlatan look at an opposition defender with his "I'm better than thou" expression on his face and then make some sort of gesture the referee could perhaps take action against.

I also abhor how many fouls he has this season alone...and how he makes the most unneccesary fouls on a defender who is pinned back in his own zone when two of our attackers surround him. These nonsensical fouls do not help the team one bit and who knows what could happen if we patiently wait for the defender to turn the ball over. Zlatan also has a tendancy to give the ball away too easily on simple passes...he can make some stunning through balls, however when it comes to making an easy square pass further away from goal he gives the ball away more times than not. This is what Ibrahimovic must work on to become one of the best forwards in the world, and if another ban is needed to knock some sense into him, then so be it.

Vinman, you should take some chill pills too.

Zambo and Canna don't have to act angry because they get their share in the defense. Zlatan is also the one attacked by defenders most often, but his pchysics makes him more stable than let's say Nedved who falls too often when getting fouled. I think you should get lessoned by Capello in how to keep the good players and make them flourish. Capello is the best capatain in Italy and he keeps Zlatan playing, and it's not because Zlatan would get angry if he would be benched, but because Capello knows how important he is for the team and Zambrotta seems very fond of Zlatan too. I think it would be the biggest mistake in Juventus' modern history to let Zlatan go to a rival instead of teaching him how to stay calm and flourish as a player.
Why ??

Because you dont agree with my opinion ??

I didnt trash Zlatan...I spoke the truth that you dont want to hear...

If you dont like what I post, or you cant handle the truth, then dont read my posts !!!

simple as that...

Im not surprised about his latest stupidity on the field.
Get used to it, he will chill out one day, but im afraid that day is stilla long way away and there's nothing that capello can do about it because he is too much in love with the player.

Zlatan, pazzo di Helena
29 11 2005
