Seven, Ajax has always seemingly had problems with their better players, from Mido to van der Vaart to now Wesley Sneijder. This is nothing new and you cannot exactly use that as an argument to generalize the Zlatan of the future...everybody is capable of change and even if the Swede tones his arrogance down a little we will be in good shape. Something Ibrahimovic doesn't lack is a competitive spirit, and in a way some arrogance is helpful because he will probably never suffer from a lack of confidence...an important key for a succesful striker. Zlatan can keep some of his arrogance but not all...the disrespect towards other players and retalitory actions must stop now or he will eventually pay for his mistakes. Ibrahimovic needs to know the line is drawn when the club can be affected by his actions as well.
And why are people here comparing Zlatan to a player like Ronaldinho? They are totally different players who play in two different leagues and have different amounts of experiance. Who cares about age when we are talking early twenties here...and some people need to admit top form can hit a player during different parts of his career. For instance look at Luca Toni...28 years old and in the past year he has finally found world class form. Making assumptions about how good a player will become is worthless as it's something you cannot predict...give a player time and a good enviornment and he could flourish into something special. Zlatan has the world at his feet and it's up to him and Capello what he does from this point on..
