all he did was score a last minute goal against ghana due to a horrendous mistake by kuffour - please enlighten me on any other "beautiful" memories you have of Iaquinta in the WC...
I watched every single WC game..

and eventhough he only scored once, he was quite effetive upfront playing in a wider position. I liked how he moved and dribbled.

If your gonna evaluate a player based on only their momments of brilliance, then you might as well go for World Class players. Iaquanta is certainly not one of them, but he wuld be a good signing nonetheless and would be IMO very effective player.

Iaquinta didn't do anything in the WC. He was used as a counter attacking outlet late in games but the only useful thing he ever did was score against Ghana because Kuffour fucked up. He's not versatile, just average in two positions.

I read that this is official in today´s newspapers.

I hope he will improve in Juventus. Otherwise I will be disappointed. I won´t say he is crap, he sucks, etc.... but I can say that I expected a lot more influential signing, a quality striker who can really make the difference, an improvement over our current strikers. Iaquinta is definitely not that kind of signing. I hope we are planning another striker IF Trezeguet leaves......

Iaquinta is an ok signing ONLY if he's used as a rotation player. As a regular starter he's not cutting it.
