The problem with Ferdinand is that his pace and strength are usually used to recover from his own lapses in concentration. He was better last season, but I still don't rate him that highly. I prefer Vidic.
Bang on mate!! :agree:

i dont rate Rio, the guy switches off during games, and to think he cost like £30 Million!!! Vidic is far better IMO

personally, i havent seen too much of burdisso so im not sure how good he is but i love to see when players leave inter and succeed. perfect examples: cannavaro, seedorf, pirlo. so if he came to juve and did well, we would love him and just be laughing at inter for letting another good player leave

Is the duo Andrade - Criscito good enough?
Or do we really need another CD
It would be too big a risk to start the season with Criscito. He has not played in serie A to my knowledge and has just had one good season in serieB.

We need another CB but if we don't get one it will be Grygera or Chillini that starts with Andrade rather then Criscito I would think.

True that. And his agent has said that juve are in contact with Burdisso and that his contract with inter expires in 2009 and he has troubles renewing it.
Burdisso is good player but i think i prefer Samuel the only problem is that he is older.

criscito can play in LB too.. so i doubt ranieri will choose molinaro over criscito..
burdisso.. no.. i dun want him to be in juve... so far.. imo.. the management haven't brought in any "big signing" players.. does tiago, andrade consider big name players?

not the biggest names out there...but we can certainly say they are quality players...we tend to forget that we lost our whole defence-central midfield last season...there is no way we can replace those World Class players anyway

hell yea they are considered big signings, tiago was also wanted by milan but he chose us, and andrade was being followed by madrid and barca. what will it take for you to be happy? that we sign messi, kaka and c.ronaldo?

:agree:

With the number of players we needed to replace, we needed to get a number of very good players, which is what we have done, rather than getting a couple of world class players.
