Anyway, I'm sure everybody here is just happy for Grygera's close deal, but you can't praise Secco for one deal...

May I remind all of you what he did in the last summer to know that he achieved nothing but failure??

Boumsong: a totally loser player that had no success before...
Mutu-Bojinov Deal: Just look how both of them are doing now, and remember that we sold a goalscorer that wanted to stay and loaned a teenager who has not proved anything yet...
Belardi: hahahaha...He's very famous for one thing only in Italy...The goal he scored in his own goal in a brilliant way...
Zanetti's deal was done before decades...
Marchionni's deal is also done before decades...

What are his achievements, again??

And don't tell me that he couldn't do more because we were relegated because if he couldn't, he could give the job to anybody who could...

Briefly, Secco sucks...
:D

let's say he sucks a little less.

I guess one could say he managed to keep Buffon, Camoranesi, Trezeguet, Nedved and Del Piero at a Serie B club. I don't really see how that's nothing.

Boumsong at the time seemed better than Legro and Tudor is always injured. Also he got him much cheaper than what Newcastle paid for him and Boum-Boum hasn't done terribly. He just hasnt done very well.
The Mutu-Bojinov deal seemed a good idea at the time but now we see it was a bit of mistake, i think Secco had taken it for granted that Trez was going to leave so when he stayed Boji was backup only.

I dont remember Belardi's own goal. Do you have a video?
IMO, we could sign other players than Boumsong with the same amount of money...

About Mutu, Bojinov, the deal was unbalanced since the first day...Even if we assume that this crazy boy will become something, why couldn't we swap him with Mutu directly?? (Mutu for half of this kid is just lame!!)

I'll look for Belardi's goal...

Why not? You praise the good, you critisize the bad.

He couldn't do more, because we were relegated. Noone else could've done more. He also had to keep an eye on our budget, which was small. It was unclear where we would play for some time as well.
Boumsong is good enough for Serie B. Mutu wanted out, Bojinov is a very promising striker.
Belardi was signed as a third goalkeeper, one for emergencies only. You wanted Secco to sign another Buffon to be Buffon and Mirante's backup?

Besides, Secco was also part of keeping Camoranesi, Trezeguet and Buffon at Juventus. We have by far the strongest squad in Serie B, what more do you want(be realistic)?

I'm really startled at how you call his job so far a failure?? You're searching for things that aren't there, you want him to fail. Typical juventuz behaviour to be honest, going against and being negative about our own management for the sake of it..

Jacques Faty
Diego Lugano
Luisao
Gabriel Milito
Oynewu

At least, they're not described as the WORST FLOP in their current clubs...
i think those players would have cost more than 4.8 million euros though, and i doubt any would have come while we were in Serie B not knowing how many penalty points we would have

i think you're way off abed, i have only thing to tell you, give him time before you judge him, ey? at least one full season, not to much to ask.

and for what it's worth, abramovich wouldn't have done much better in the summer transfer period looking at the position the club was in.
I don't blame him for all our problems, Vlatko...

But it's really very early to HAIL the GREAT Secco for one transfer that's even not confirmed yet...

And on a personal note, I'll be convinced this month if the newcomers were not less than the players who'll leave us...

Guzman seems packing his bags, and many others seem scared to be the next...

I don't think those players needed somebody like Secco to tell them that...

Buffon, Nedved & Del Piero would have stayed this season for different reasons...

Camoranesi & Trezeguet were not convinced by Secco...They were prisoned by the current management, and that's not ethical, if you want to discuss it ethically...

And it not early to say he sucks? .....

Besides the transfer IS confirmed by both juventus and ajax.

Oh yes Guzman leaving, that really is a bad move by Secco. That Guzman has really conquered a place in our team, boy what a loss that'd be.
