Well if they value Destro at 20m, than 16m for Salah is bargain 
Seriously though, I've seen Salah only a couple of times and he seemed like a mediocre player at best. He missed tons of chances.
I know everyone hyped him before his arrival at Chelsea but to me he looked pretty damn bad.

The mentioned price for Suarez is 2m for loan, and 11m at the end of the season. Which means that they will have to pay over 30m in the summer, and they are already in deep shit when it comes to FFP
i really can´t see roma getting salah with an obligation to buy.
it also baffles me how some news outlets always say stuff like "only details left. club X wants an option, club Y and obligation to buy"... that´s not details, it´s a difference like day and night ^^.
i wonder what will happen to inter if they miss out on cl. same goes for napoli.
considering that juve and roma will take 2 of the cl spots, it´s guaranteed that at least 2 of inter, milan and napoli will miss out

Destro was injured for quite a while but he scored quite a few goals for Roma, he was quite effective.
They bought him for around 10mln. So imo this looks like another Matri case. Another January rip-off.
