Then again we get to confuse ourselves with words like beautiful, great and wonderful.
What is good football? For some people it might be defending for 89 minutes and taking one chance and getting the winner. For others it might be dominating the match by holding possession all the time and making as many chances as possible. Others think that good football is kicking the ball from the defence line to the attackers and the attackers scoring.
In the end all this is subjective, all respect to paid to a certain way of football is subjective.
There is one word that is totally underrated especially on this forum, it is taste. No one seems to realize that people have different tastes and enjoy different kinds of football. When one says Barcelona are boring, a bunch jumps on him saying this is blasphemy. When some used to say that Capello plays good football, a bigger bunch called him gay, Zlatan cock sucker and other things.
When I say Barcelona sucks, it is because I think they do and when Andy thinks that they play good football it is because he thinks they do.
There is yet to come a definition of good football, personally I don't think there will.
