Look, swag, if you banned him because you think he was a dual account, please ban me. I've been far worse than Centro in my time on the forum and it's not fair that my brother gets banned because of me. That way you'll be sure there are no dual accounts as well.
It's not as if I didn't think about it. And it's not like I haven't received requests from others to ban you. But I haven't. Enough said.

Udinese just lost 2-0 to lowly Reggina. Yet they recieve so much respect around here and from Capello that we have to field three defensive midfielders just to try to stop them.

Thank God we only play that superior Udine team two times a year..

Agreed. But we still won, so get over it, Andy. If only Mutu would get his chance..

Interesting notes from the EPL...

Liverpool only could manage a DRAW again, this time with Birmingham City. But hey, at least they scored two goals..

Chelsea won once again but conceded their first goal of the season, against Villa.

Everton lost at home once again and the one-season-wonder team continues to suck..

Man United lost at home to Blackburn Rovers..

Arsenal could only manage a draw against the Hammers.

Another week, same story in the EPL. This could be the biggest joke season yet in the history of the Premier League.

I was just browsing the results and I couldn't but shake my head in disappointment. I posted a comment about Chelsea in the EPL thread, but here you manged to draw the big picture, really horrible actually.

Do Liverpool have three goals now?? WOW!!

 Yeah they scored two goals, I couldn't believe my eyes. What an absolute joke.

I just wonder how many seasons this will continue on...as long as Mourinho and Abramovich are together, it could be quite a few. I could see a lot of people losing interest in the League if this happens, so perhaps Abramovich was not good for the EPL in the long run.

Udiense is only coming down to meet expectations with reality. I'm not surprised that they faulter in the "smaller" games. Many good teams do. It's the ability to step up to even the small matches that awards Juve the tricolor year in and year out.

I heard that they are trying to make a ceiling for transfers and salaries in the league, but IMO it can't happen and what is done has been done.

Amash, wrong thread?? :howler:

On the contrary, I'm actually enjoying it these days. :D Well not watching any games, that I never have, but checking the scores is fun :D

It's a fair question. But I can't fault Abramovich and Mourinho for the poor play we've seen of the EPL stalwarts against lesser competition. It's not as if they've poached the top talent out of their squads (yet)...

Still, this does not bode well for the EPL combined with Chelsea's dominance. One day, we may have more fans in the delle Alpi for a Parma match than what you might find at Anfield. ;)

What exactly is tom doing ??

He has given his opinion on religion... so what ?
An opinion is to offer one's view or insight on the topic.

i.e. "I don't believe" "There is no scientific evidence"

Going the extra step and making a point to ridicule the inviduals who believe AND ridiculing their religious matyr is not giving an opinion. Its being a classless fvck. (Put the PC, Insensitive crap aside..it makes him sound like a Goddamn Southern Klansman).

Is his reaction to religion any different to those that react to his lack of religion.... I cant see a real diference... Where people have said on this board that they feel sorry for him because he is not a man of religion... is that not the same belittling and ridiculing of his beliefs that are being frowned upon here....
We never be-littled his lack of belief. We never ridiculed his outlook. I personally have a thing for the way he puts people down and makes fun of them because of what they believe in.
    FOR THE LAST TIME:
Its not his opinion that is the problem it is the way he ridiculed and disrespected people in the process.
Be it Muslim, Buddhist, Christian or Hindu..Whatever...people believe what they want but 'tolerance' and 'respect' are basic rights everyone is entitled to.

Paul, you got on people's back because they said the food in England was bad...is that not an opinion??? Is someone not entitled to speak their mind about that?
Yes, but not when they be-little the Brits in the same breath..

    see my point.

    How exactly a joke ?

If anything it shows the league to be more competitive this season... with none of the major teams having it their own way...

If youve actually watched all chelseas games so far you would see that they have been incredibly lucky with 2 games that they should have lost and are generally struggling...

Then is there much different going on else where... Barca, real etc have all dropped points in games they would be expected to win...

Milan drawing with ascoli... losing to samp... udinese losing to fio and reggina... Inter losing to chievo... roma drawing with livorno... etc
Even juve with max points so far have struggled and in reality should not have won against udinese...

If anythjing these things point to a much more exciting season ahead

Yeah right... Liverpool have been a shadow of themsel;ves for 20 years and anfield was still packed throughout.... Anfield will never be empty, they aint fly by night glory hunters , they're long term suffers who love their team

Really... I would never have guessed...

I've gotta say i have never seen these posts of toms that apparently ridicule and belittle those of religion....

I see tom asking for people to post them and no one showing these posts.... I see a coup[le of quotes from andy that if one reads the whole thread... I cannot see the real issue with....

I see other people saying worse and not getting jumped on like tom does... I see people bringing up things supposedly said a year ago, which is pretty pathetic....

Please... I may well have missed them.. but please show where these disgraceful posts are.....

I dont see that... i see the reaction to toms lack of religion being matched by others reactions to his poats... no more...

I also remember the most condescending posts coming from those of religion ... going on about how they feel sorry for those without faith and talking of them as lesser beings....

But as i said i may have missed something... Please show these posts that are belittling and offensive...

Paul, you got on people's back because they said the food in England was bad...is that not an opinion??? Is someone not entitled to speak their mind about that?
That was different as it was from people that actually hadnt been too the country or from people who had only done the tourist traps and ate junk food.... Eg. people who actually had no idea what they were talking about....

Yes, but not when they be-little the Brits in the same breath..

    see my point.
Not at all and you know that damn well....
