So... Obama is coming to Penn State on Sunday to make a speech in front of Old Main, the oldest building on campus that has a field in front of it the size of four football fields stacked up from the building. There are worries there won't be enough room to contain all the people who want to gain access to the ground.

Speech starts at 1:30, doors open at 11:30am. Does 10:30 sound about right to arrive? Only a few tickets were available... the rest is just first come, first serve standing room.

That means I'll miss half of the Juve match. FUCK!

I would go for the Juve match, if it were bayern, because the man has my vote no matter what.
Indeed. Same here. But I just want the experience of listening to the man I'm going to vote for.

It's not like I'm missing out on a trip to Turin, or something. I can get score updates anyway from Sarah, you, and others.

Now if this was the Inter match it would be another story.

If you want a seat, get there around 8:30 or 9:30. Screw the Juve match, how many times are you going to get a chance to see Obama speak?

I would go see Obama without a doubt. My dad just saw Obama over here in NYC this week and, he said he was phenomenal. All I hear is amazing things about Obama.

We are just playing Parma and you can DL the match after the fact plus live updates while it happens.

I don't care about a seat. I'll still be half drunk anyway. I just want to hear the man speak, because you're right... I'll probably never get this opportunity again.

It's a privilege, really.

By seat I mean being in the same Auditorium. When tickets run out they kick you to a TV room. You don't want that. Considering Penn State's size, you may want to arrive more than an hour early.

The speech is out in front of our main establishment, which is about as huge as four football fields. You think there's a chance I won't get in even arriving at an hour before the gates open?

If it's outside then it shouldn't be a problem. That's how it was when I saw Gore in 2000, they don't turn anyone away. They pile mofo's on top of mofo's. If you care about being able to see or line length they show up earlier if you don't care an hour early should be fine.

I showed up two hours early in Charleston and people who came an hour later got put in the gym. But if your rally is outside it won't matter.

Hopefully, my man. I'm really excited about this opportunity. All my friends and I are pretty worked up over it, even people who like Ron Paul.

One cannot miss this. And the reason why Obama is coming here is because about 5,000 NEW Democrats signed up in this county since the end of January, mostly students.

It's nice to know people are rewarded for their work/actions. Word up to Obama.
