I think that the win over us helped there - big boost in confidence. You rarely concede 5 to Brazil when they're on form. Cyprus, never.

Anonymous surveys are the way you do this. Sure there will still be errors, but people have far less incentive to lie.

Have you ever taken one of those surveys in school? There was a point at which they became popular and we did quite a few of them every year. I recall I was fairly honest on those, although if there was anything negative to admit, I would much more likely understate it than overstate.
