The pronounciation is so heavy that when you hear a guy from Trøndelag (ie. the region encircling Trondheim) speak clean bokmål, it sounds so fake and wrong that noone would ever believe that he's from there. It's largely because their idea of what "posh Norwegian" sounds like is all wrong as well.
