Speaking of legal advice.

The apartment people where I live are gay. Somewhere in the lease it says something about parties not being allowed, and because a bunch of shit is being destroyed in the buildings they've decided to charge everyone that lives in the building whether they had a part in it or not. So I asked my Aviation Law teacher about this and he said that once a lease has been signed, no changes can be made to it. Meaning they aren't allowed to charge me shit. He said that a call by a lawyer will get that fixed. Pado?
