I'm doing a thesis (legal) in Italy....originally from NY..this explains my odd hours on the Computer..never got used to the time difference My attack mode on this forum (all the espresso from the cafe across the street) and the anti-Juve threads well that just comes naturally. Oh yeah I also work once a week for an NGO ...imagine a Juve conspiracy theorist working at NGO. Debating on this forum helps me prep for the Monday morning arguements in the cafe across the street. :fero:

and we got to so many Finals because?!?!?!? so are you saying that 2nd place means nothing. Hell, any teams that reaches the Semis regularly is enough to be "for Europe."

There's no doubt that Milan's more successful in Europe than Juve, but you can't say that Europe is not "for us." We may not have 6 titles, but we're always highly competative..... I'd rather be consistant and be in the top positions in the league and CL year-in year-out, then win a CL, disappear for a couple of years, win one serie A, then Disappear for another few years....etc. you get the point

One more thing: Define Irony for me.

Nah thats not sad...firstly if you've ever been to Italy you would know what I mean: the day starts with an espresso and an argument about football. Football is in the last page of the sport section or on ESPN for us..its everywhere. Its why Italy is the most passionate, artistic, hot blooded and most travelled to nation in the world all the while remaining in the G8. I don't see it as wasting time...if thats your theory then any argument about football is sad. And to answer your question on why I do it: to make you wake up from your la la land and question your team.
Anyways I think its pointless to answer you because your belittling nature is the sad thing. If its sad to do it..how sad is it to answer my posts in my thread. What does that make you? Even sadder?? But I digress.

OK here my long overdue fact of the day:

MOGGI said that should Roma when the Scudetto he plans to have it stripped away from them because they were late in paying their Serie A fee back in August. He said Roma winning is certainly a matters for the court because they should not even have been in Serie A after being late paying the Serie A registration fee and he said he will certainly be willing to finance the injunction.

I didn't say talking about football is sad. Read carefully and you will discover, that I said arguing all the time is sad.

I love football just as much as the next guy, but I don't see the point in arguing with other fans constantly. If there's anything I've learned from arguments with other fans about their clubs, it's that it never goes anywhere. It's pointless.

You can keep doing this "Juve is corrupt" blah blah for a loooooong time, but it wont lead anywhere. Everybody here will disagree with you. It's a waste of time and it's sad that you're willing to keep doing it.
