He is defenitely needed in Barca, dont let alone tell you otherwise, they get hampered down alot by just having Messi providing the lethal edge to their attack, rest being creative tiki taka playmakers or young wingers who fill in with bit part roles. Neymar would need to adapt to seeing less of the ball, but would defenitely wreck havoc on their left flank.

alexis sanchez? the mini messis out of their 'amazing' academy?? listen to me, neymar will not play second fiddle, and honestly should not, this is like lebron going to miami except little neymar has twice the balls and will not be a 'robin'

Sanchez is excellent in overall package, but lacks the consistent killer instinct to bring the added lethal edge to their attack (Xavi scored more then him I think), but he adds tons of smart running and individual ability, just now what Neymar would. And I dont think Neymar is going to Barca in million years, but I think he would work out if he did, quite challenging but work out.
