Not much. Now Guimaraes will go to the group stages while Benfica will play in the third qualification round.
Since Benfica are placed above us in UEFA Standings we still need one of the higher placed teams to be eliminated in qualifications.
If one of Arsenal, Barcelona, Liverpool, Schalke 04 and Benfica is eliminated in the qualifications, then we'll be in pot 2. If not then we stay in pot 3.
Btw, any of you guys heard that from next season the top 3 from serie A will play directly in CL groups while the 4th placed will play qualifying matches ?

The UEFA Executive Committee today approved the proposed changes to both the
UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Cup competitions for the three-year cycle
between 2009 and 2012, as from the 2009-10 season, as follows:
UEFA Champions League
• No changes to the main competition, involving 32 teams, split into 8 groups of
4 teams in the group stage, followed by the knockout phase. The 8 teams that
finish the groups in third place cross over into the knockout phase of the UEFA
Cup.
• Access list changed according to the following principles: 22 teams qualify
directly for the group phase instead of 16 (N3 of associations 1 to 3 in the
ranking and champions of countries 10 to 12 are added); 10 teams qualify through
a double qualification path: one reserved for the champions of the associations
ranked 13 to 53 - except Liechtenstein - (5 teams qualify) and one reserved for
non-champions of associations ranked 1 to 15 (5 teams qualify).
• Final to be played on a Saturday, same week of the year as today, with kick-
off time at 20.45 CET.
• Matches in the first knockout round (last 16) to be split over four weeks
instead of two, using dates reserved for the UEFA club competitions (February-
March) to maximise live match opportunities.
• Third qualifying round (Q3) to be marketed centrally by UEFA.

The champions and the 2nd placed from the top 6 countries from UEFA rankings, and the champions of the countries placed from 7-10 (or if the title holder didn't qualify to group stages through the league, then the 10th placed country is losing the CL group spot)

But i still have two questions:
-Apart from the 2 disqualified teams (Porto+CSKA Sofia) i ve heard that a few more are bound to disqualify because of financial and match fixing problems (ex Steaua Bucharest) Who is going to fill their spots? The teams that will have to play qualifiers?
Another team on their championship? Or a team with high UEFA ranking?
-Assuming that those teams are replaced with others, will this help/affect us to rank up at pot two??

- Every association is guaranteed a certain number of places for the CL. So, in case one team from certain association is disqualified then the open spot is given to the same association.
In case Steaua is disqualified then the 3rd placed team from Romanian league (Rapid Bucureşti) will take Steaua's place in round 3.
- This depends on the teams that will be disqualified and the teams that will take their places. Since Steaua is placed behind us in UEFA rankings and the Romanian team that will take Steaua's spot in CL is also placed behind us, it won't affect Juve.
But if the disqualified team is placed higher than Juve in UEFA rankings, and the team that will replace them is placed behind us, then we'll move to pot 2.
With Porto's elimination we didn't get anything because Benfica are also placed above us, while with CSKA and Steaua we're not getting anything because they're placed behind us anyway.
But if Schalke 04 (placed above us) are disqualified and Hamburg take their place (placed behind us) then we move one place up in the standings and we'll be certainly placed in pot 2
