They are far less likely to be. Educated psychopaths for example tend to either not get caught or they simply do very well in business or law to gratify their sadistic needs.

As for impulse control.. If you are educated you have already shown you can delay pleasure. So I suppose you are less likely to kill or rape on an impulse.

So you think the desires of 40% of people who count for 5% of the population of Denmark is in some way important?

I think the garbled religious and scientific views of the American population is a lot more of a pressing issue. These people vote in the world's most powerful leader.
