Why are they doing this? I mean its obviously just senseless and opportunistic, but even then, its usually something that triggers it to give the majority of the common lowlifes the pretense and shallow excuse of a "riot", some scandal, outrage or general spark (police brutality, your favourite dumbass sports team wins title etc). Not a lot Obama could do about this one. It's $#@!ing Baltimore. There's only like 3 safe places to go when things are normal. Also one of the most mismanaged cities in the nation. Add in the racial tensions that have plagued the city since... forever and you've got a powder keg ready to happen.

Obama, his minions, the Democrats, media, et cetera all play a huge roll in aggravating the racial tensions. Sure, the death of the black kid looked suspicious, but there have been deaths like that every year since I was a kid. This is the direct result of pushing the race agenda to a climax where racism is everywhere, a la McCarthyism. Time to get ready for a long summer.

The police chief was saying that everything was pretty much great yesterday (except for a couple of incidents), but then today the city when crazy.

It's almost always guaranteed here that any sizeable, peaceful protest movement will get hijacked by opportunistic thugs from out of town - for cheap thrills of violence, for freebies in looting, etc.

Though it is also true that one of Baltimore's city nicknames is Mobtown, after its propensity to riot. And that nickname originated in the 1830s.

This seems to be the mantra, but time and time again it's completely obvious the folks in town are doing the looting. They might not always be the groups attacking police, but you can sure as hell bet the folks running down the street with clothes and 40 bottles are locals.
