Well imo time isnt THAT important.

during nighttime, you can analyse what happened during the day, make your case, and make a vote.
Sure its inconvenient if you cant vote the last 2 houres maybe, but a vote is a vote

And roles are randomly assigned, so the chance u'll get that again is extremely low
