Yep, Juve have 100% solid legal grounds to present legal action against that club. They should do so, they will do so and they will win it, real quickly.

The association between the logos is very clear and even if Juve doesn't have its brand registred in Czech, they will claim they are a notoriously known trademark in Czech on that economic field, based on an international treaty on industrial property (Paris Convention).

It's not piracy, but yes its a clear imitation and it's illegal.

Juve's brand is so crazily distinctive and strong in the field that clubs that may want to rebrand will have a very hard time trying to use anything remotely close to the concept Juve used. The protection of the brand will be vast.

And btw, they put 2 Js instead of just 1 J probably because only one letter of the alphabet would have a very good chance of not being accepted as a register in Italy, thus being denied of the right to the brand's property and its exclusive use. It's more about legal advice than branding in this regard.
Again, it's not 2 Js. The one on the right is the outline of a Scudetto badge.

Quite curious to see how the new logo looks in/on the stadium. The current badge stands out well...not sure the plain black Jj will do the same.
We changed our name of stadium to allianz stadium!
JJ Stadium would be classic with the JJ logo.

No, NEVER! This is the worst logo of our entire history and I will never buy anything with this logo on it.:groan:
Soon or later they will realize their huge error and change it, the majority of the fans are showing their disgust for it...
