The problem with the Delle Alpi is, in fact, it's location and the lacking of any sign of infrastructure. OK, the bus goes there, but you are in the middle of nowhere, next to the autostrada...
It's not the missing comfort that's driving people away. Of course, some restraurants and shops will give the Delle Alpi a bit of a plus, but when I live in a city and want to watch my teams games, it's just annoying to drive almost an hour to the playground. I'll do it one time, a second time - but if the weather is bad or I'm tired from work I'll think about going on a journey to the periphery to freeze my ass of.
In my position (living in Austria), I think that I would be there every single time, when Juve plays. But who knows, how things look like, if you actually
have the chance to be there...
It's more than sad to see a great team like Juve playing in front of 10.000 spectators against Bayern Munich.
We'll have just wait and see, what "Mondo Juve" can change.
