You guys think Tevez will go for free if West Ham go down? I'd love for free.

Anyways there's a lot of argies I'd like. Such as G. Milito, Maxi Rodriguez, Palacio, Almirón, L.Gonzales and more

But no Saviola please, way to inconsistant. Rather just keep Miccoli and let him whine.

no definatly not for free. i hear Eggert (the egg headed owner of west ham) wants to try his hardest to keep him and some other players. But Chelsea are intrested in him after his hardworking preformance against them. they like his fight as well as his skills.

If he leaves West Ham (and the company who have a stake in his contract) will try to get as much as possible for him. We might be able to sign him but I think he wants to stay in England for some reason and Juve don't seem to be linked with any half strikers at the moment seeing how we have Del Piero, Palla, Bojinov and Micolli on our books right now.

But man Tevez would be awesome!

Well if Chelsea wants him he'll be wearing blue next year no matter what.

imo we don't need them at all. almiron might be ok .. but need?

saviola too is great but need?

if we had to get 2 players who we need who are argies i would say

Milito or Heinze for our defence is one .. and maby Riquelme or someone like that for attack?
We definitly need a forward. Bojinov, and probably Zalayeta, will leave this summer. Saviola is our cheapest option since he is free.

Almiron is already accustomed to serie a, and all he needs is a step up to a big club to become excellent. Plus he wouldn't cost that much compared to some of the other mids we have been linked with.

4-5 years out of about 20 yrs of playing football is what i call rather disasterous for someone who was meant to be the next pele and whos to say messi will turn out like him, so be prepared for a dissapointment
lol if you don't think Ronaldo is a legend then you are out of your mind.

you are right. messi is not yet anything. but how he is playing right now is fantastic

i don't agree with the ronaldo thing. he is still good and has been around since he was like 18 or 19 .. so saying 4-5 years is not right

and Ronaldo is a legend in his own right. he has done sooo much in his career and has the trophies and awards to prove it.
by saying 4-5 years i meat that he only played that long as one of the worlds best, and although i consider him to be one of the greatest players the world has ever seen labeling him a legend is far too excessive you could however argue that he was a better player than pele, in my eyes there are very few that deserve such lavish praise and i dont agree that ronaldo falls into that category.

A legend is not someone who comes along ever few years, under your defenitions of what a player has won you would credit a lot of people with the legend title. The only football player in the last generation close to the title of legend was zinedine zidane and ronaldinho will be the next one simply because of their revolutionary and unique way of playing football, these are players who have really changed the face of football, the same can be said of Ali in terms of boxing who changed the sport forever, he certainly was not the best boxer the world has seen, but he holds the title of legend ahead of people far superior to him like joe louis, rocky marciano and sugar ray robinson.

me out my mind? say tell me what actually is defined as a legend? someone who mysteriously didnt turn up to the 98 wc? sum1 who backstabbed the club he so supposedly love to join madrid and then to look so average and over weight, not denying that he was once a good player, but a legend? he will never come close to the likes of maradona. you maybe 10 years old playing fifa 99 still, but sumtimes u need to think outside the box and not brand every well known name as a legend

Ronaldo is still good player and he showed that in Milan too. He could be even better if he had better taste in choosing clubs. Bad decisions stopped him to be the best in the world. But still he is a grat player considering all his injuries and everything.

About Messi he is defintly hotest prospect in football cuz he proved himself in one of the best clubs in the world, but he is injury prone and that could seriusly damage his career. But if he avoid serious injuries he will definitly be no. 1 Also if he join Inter (which I doubt) he will ruin his career just like Ronaldo did.

he may not be the best guy: clubbing, partying, drinking, betraying inter, being arrogant and the fact he is a huge slut, treating women like dirt.

but he did happen to show up for the world cup in 2002, has the most goals scored in world cups by a single player, has won the golden ball 3 times (?) and has won several other trophies and awards

The only reason why Maradonna is considered a legend is because he brought Argentina a World Cup in 1986. I consider Mario Kempes more of a legend than Maradonna. Where was Maradonna in the 1990 Final? How about in 1994? Oh wait, he was scoring coke, that legend.

Good players don't score more than 60 goals in less than 100 games for your national team, including 15 goals in 19 games in three World Cups. He's won a lot of silverware in his club career and also individually (World Player of the Year three times).

Yeah he's overweight, yeah he left Inter on bad terms (when did you start caring about how Inter felt?), but he sure does score a lot. And last I checked, legends all had their vices (George Best and alcohol, Maradonna and alcohol/drugs, Ronaldo and partying).
