Your girlfriend must be one unfullfilled lady.

She doesnt like ice cream that much, prefers fruit and yoghurts.

We dont eat the same meals half the time, cause i'm allways on my protein based foods, and i'm not gonna force her to do the same

I had Grom last night at their booth at the Feira do Livro de Lisboa ... the 95th edition of a three-week-long massive book festival in town.

My favors were stracciatella and pistachio.

Even if I always like trying new things, it's my go-to gelato place when I'm in Italy. Their straciatella is unrivalled imo.

Oh, Grom is excellent. And for some reason Lisbon has no shortage of fantastic Torinese gelato here.

Equally good if not a touch better is Nivà. They've won tre coni ratings (the top) from the Gambero Rosso in Italy, which has never steered me wrong. The Gambero Rosso even rated it the #1 gelato in Italy back in 2023. Dangerously, it's five minutes from my apartment.

I sometimes base my wine choices on the Gambero Rosso. And I've also stayed in a hotel that received a Gambero Rosso award as best 3 star hotel. But I've always made my own decisions in terms of gelato.

But, looking at their tre coni list, apparently I have tried some of them unknowingly.
