Might be transactional, but I think this is good for Syria. The country needs any sort of stability it can get. Al-Sharaa has rebranded himself and he looks as likely as any to bring all the different factions to some sort of coalition. Sometimes you gotta deal with the devil.

That article attached doesn't really prove it. It’s a general understanding of a “gimme” in a casual game (Not a pro match) specially when the next group is waiting behind you. It easily could’ve been many times Trump has played casual games of golf with many legends. What’s amazing the guy at his age can still play pretty well, his putting is hilarious but it works for him.
