Another supposed “assassination” attempt.

What’s the matter, Trump? Ya don’t like the second amendment?

and this is the guy he's running with:

a liar and a child

i really feel for the moderate republicans, it must be really painful to watch these two idiots representing them
I’m sure some of them are like me and Serge and just want these people back in their place. They’re literally trying to take over our lives. It’s the complete opposite of what the Republican Party used to stand for. Liberty, freedom, et cetera.

The problem is the cultists will become violent. It is going to be a rough few months and I dread the election. It’s lose lose either way.

By the way, did I mention how much I fucking hate Russia and Elon Musk today?

There’s always history…

I want there to be an investigation into Elon and election interference from Russia.

Honestly I think this is fake.

I'm still not convinced the first thing was real. Maybe the dude volunteered for some crazy plan and he's actually a martyr for Trump.

For this to come days after a debate that should end Trump's hopes of becoming president... No, this is bullshit.

Americans need to get rid of this moron. Fast. Throw him in jail and never speak of him again.

I am sorry, Serge, but that idyllic marriage of pseudo-patriotism and closet racism/fascism the republican party was before Trump came along is highly, highly unlikely to ever go back to what it used to be. Too much paste is out of the tube, too much of the genie is out of the bottle now. For decades the RP managed to keep the extreme electorat they picked up during the realignment of the 60s (Southern Strategy) under wraps aka in the closet. The party leaders made a strategic mistake to rile them up, however, and then Trump swooped in showed these extreme elements of the electorate that it was perfectly OK to come out in the open and not hide anymore. That's the paste that's out of the tube ...

Can you think of what/who/why pushed the republican leadership to rile up the extreme portion of the troops, so to speak, basically prepping them up for Trump to come in and conquer their minds with his demagoguery? It was something that happened in the years before Trump's takeover of the RP, something without which, I would argue, maybe none of the clusterfuckery we are seeing now would have happened in the first place.

Anyways, a brilliant mind once said:
“We are, whether we like it or not, the party of lower-income, lower-education white people, and I have been saying for a long time that we need to offer those people SOMETHING (and hell, maybe even expand our appeal to working-class black people in the process) or a demagogue would. We are now at that point. Trump is the fruit of the party’s collective neglect.”

That brilliant mind predicted all of this that is unfolding and has been unfolding in American politics for the better part of the past decade. Anybody familiar who comes to mind?
Funny thing is, this same brilliant mind has positioned himself to take over from Mr. Orange once he gets popped and be the new face of the MAGA movement. And just like Trump, he doesn't believe a single word he is saying.

Anyways, my best guess is this whole thing ends with a 3-party system and a brand new phase of American political life, a new political realignment, of sorts, not unlike the one from the 1960s, which started this process, in the first place.
:shifty:

Damn, these liberal extremists with scoped AR-15 rifles and MAGA signs in their yards are everywhere ...

I sort of agree with you. Still haven’t seen proof of anything and his ear looks fine. If I was him I would also stage attacks against myself to look better, it’s an easy trick to pull off as well.

But regardless, whatever happens to him is his fault because he’s just an ass and loves the second amendment.

It’s actually incredibly hard. Finding a 20 year old with no social media is pretty impossible to begin with.

I can see you have never been to really poor places in the country, like some counties in West Virginia. A lot of places don’t even have cell service.

But regardless, his ear looks fine.

Apparently this new guy has a lengthy criminal record. This shouldn't be happening at all, but since we've apparently decided as a society that this is acceptable I'd rather it be politicians that are targeted instead of elementary school children.

I don’t know about the first attempt, but this one is clear nonsense lol.

I don’t even think Trump necessarily has anything to do with it or even knowledge of it. But would anyone put it past guys like Roger Stone, Bannon, etc. to set something like this up? I think not.

Especially when they talk about false flags all day on the Alex Jones show. These guys are obsessed with it. Of course they would potentially string one up. It’s actually kinda funny.

I don't know. I know plenty of people without social media. And you could erase it too.

In any case it's not like this is a serious assassination attempt by a Democrat.

It's probably going to bite Trump in the ass though, because at this point no one cares. The ear thing was too ridiculous and no one thinks you're a warrior when you're too scared to watch a fifty something woman in the eye.
