I know. I can't see this lasting for four months. I know Trump has some die hard supporters, but he never even had the popular vote to begin with and I'm sure that many who voted for him did so out of spite towards the establishment. I expect those to turn on Trump. Then there's also the question whether he's even mentally sane to begin with (and I mean that in a true, medical sense).

My biggest fear is the reaction of his die hard fans when they realize Trump is escorted towards the exit though. There's not much they wouldn't do.

I'm sure they can find a way. If truly necessary there's always impeachment too.
Assassination and military coup are among the choices, i guess. That would have justify the reaction of 'die hard fans' that you are afraid of. Only reason for impeachment should be treason, otherwise people will feel that they just got robbed of their right to vote and that means chaos.
