Not everything is fully finalized yet (the ban/bans are still in their process of the executive orders, as is the 4 months long ban/stop on the refugee program) but its pretty much happening, they got hold of the preliminary plans for these orders. Its real enough when it comes to Iran for example (one of the 6-7 countries), here's an admirable reaction to it:
Iranian actress Taraneh Alidoosti, the star of best foreign language film nominee "The Salesman," has announced that she will be boycotting the Oscars over President Trump's expected restrictions on immigration to the United States.
"Trump's visa ban for Iranians is racist," Alidoosti tweeted earlier today. "Whether this will include a cultural event or not, I won't attend the #AcademyAwards 2017 in protest."
We don't know yet but it might affect visa renewals for citizens of those countries, in that they won't be able to change visa status from student to work etc. Which will mean I'll leave the US next year this time

I wasn't sure what I wanted so looking on the bright side, it will help resolve my indecision as well as a probable future regret Sometimes it's good when you can't control things.

It's confirmed for the most part. Iraq's being on that list is so ironic it's funny. I guess Libya is also on that list.
Not sure about #5 though.

Also, Trump apparently has not consulted Congress, agencies, or constitutional attorneys for his executive orders. Usually, presidents consult congressional member of the committees the order concerns to see if it is something they would approve, then they consult the agencies that will enforce the order to see if it can be enforced, and lastly they contact attorneys to find out if the order is actually constitutional.
So all Trumps works so far may end up coming up blanks. Give it time.

Hey my fiance will have to go through a status change within next few months. If they treat status change as rumored we'll be following you
I made my peace with it though. Looks like living here is not really worth the consequences that comes with it
