Trudeau:

“We all watch in horror and consternation what’s going on in the United States, it is a time to pull people together, but it is a time to listen, it is time to learn what injustice is and it continues despite progress over years and decades. But it is a time for us as Canadians to recognize that we, too, have our challenges that Black Canadians and racialized Canadians face discrimination as a lived reality every single day. There is systemic discrimination in Canada, which means our systems treat Canadians of color, Canadians who are racialized differently than they do others."

I wonder, coming from a country where police won't shoot for a sneeze, is it really impossible to do their job without being violent and murderous.
I understand that's the job it's harder where anyone can hide a gun under their clothes unlike Italy,France,Germany,Spain,Portugal,Switzerland.... Europe in general.
But is there really no other way than being abusive? and I srsly doubt it's racism it looks like a general problem of american police

That blackface stuff really killed any credibility he had on this issue. It's entertaining watching him try.

And then the fight with the First Nations, with him trying to force the pipeline through “their land” lol.

To be fair to him it’s tough to balance the nonsensical identity politics/progressive side of liberalism with the economic side. He’s actually done a decent job in the past year of trying to put more focus on the economic side of things.

That's the only thing that gives me hope, i know that you guys will turn commie first, and we will get to see first hand how great that will be, your experience might dissuade a few.
Canadians mostly hate Communism. It shall be some form of Scandinavian style social democracy. A combination of our Green Party and our NDP (social democrats). And it will probably go well, as vast majority here love the socialist/welfare state aspects of our governance with regards to universal health care, good public educations, social services, public broadcasting, arts funding, government infrastructure projects, etc.

In your country, I don’t believe this would go well. Not yet. Until people there fully embrace things like universal health care and a focus on fixing public education, there’s no point in considering social democracy. And I don’t mean fixing education and health care the American democrat party way of throwing money at them willy nilly without a plan to make sure it actually makes things better. But wiser, more efficient, more effective spending. Until that happens, any sort of socialism is dead on arrival in America.

Rhetoric and slogans can only fester in cesspools like Twitter, reality favors the practical
Twitter is all about the reaction. It exists to short-circuit your autonomic nervous system. If it fails to do that, the platform fails.

That's the only thing that gives me hope, i know that you guys will turn commie first, and we will get to see first hand how great that will be, your experience might dissuade a few.
Trudeau is pretty much a goofball with good branding. Kinda like a mirror image of Doug Ford.

It was only a matter of time @swag
