He's started off really poor imo. Made himself look like an idiot with the whole attendance thing, then there was the 20% tax on imported goods from Mexico (and wtf it almost seems as if it was only after criticism that he realised Americans pay that 20%), and now there's the immigration thing which is pretty much racist and probably illegal too.

And this is week 1.
Basically 'libtards' said there's no way he'll implement those policies when he becomes president and he goes 'I will too'. Like with everything else, it's an ego thing. For the people who voted him to power, he's probably doing a really good job, keeping all his promises. And it's just week 1 as you said.

You'd have to be a real piece of work to rationalize and/or defend this muslim immigration ban. Even more so, now that it is very clearly linked more so to his business interests than to actual precedent in terms of danger from terror attacks.
Its idiotic, and makes no sense to exclude the few countrys mentionned above.

But what business interest ?

Just read that Mexico was allready taxing american imported goods at 20%
(As in since a while now)

Is this true ?
I think so. Which is why goods like electronics and vehicles are more expensive down here than in the US.

Apparently he has business interests in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, and Egypt. You can probably google it.

Read the article I posted. He has multi-million dollar licensing and development deals in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, UAE... 4 countries with citizens that have combined to kill about 3000 americans on US soil.

I didnt knew that. So why are they outraged that the US now does the same, and why was the US never outraged about it ?

EDIT: I fact checked myself. According to Bloomberg. No, Mexico doesn't charge a 20% import tax on US products.

It was 12.4% but as since been lowered to practically 0. After NAFTA.

What US companies do pay is a 16% VAT or Value Added Tax, but Mexican companies also pay the same tax. That's why no one is upset.

The average worker without a diploma will defend him because he forces investment in america

Dont understimate that.

In belgium,When the socialist party was finally kicked out of the goverment, the socialist union, who are absolutely ridiculous, went on to strike and riot for weeks and months.

They refused to give in even the smallest sacrifice. Belgium is giganticallt taxed and any manufactor is batshit insane to invest in degreeless workers. We see companies move to china and asia.
We need to lower wagecosts and become more flexible to at least pretend we have a competitve position.

They dont care. They only care that they keep their salary, vacationdays and workregime

These people, are the people who'll support trumo forcing american investment

Yeah. It looks like it wasn't just all retarded rethorics. I can't even imagine how full retard he would have went, if he lost the election.
Let's not even think about that.
Trump is very clearly doing this for show and to appease his ignorant support base... There is no rationalizing what's he done here because it's indefensible.
There isn't, but it will hurt him. Many of his voters are too stupid to realise that he's making their lives worse. But they'll figure it out in a couple of months. And they'll call for his head. Imo he's in a lose lose situation right now.

And he'll be impeached because of it. Not because he deserves it. But because his supporters will turn on him.

Trump has no idea what drives that sort of people. No notion of the struggles they go through every day. He's a billionaire who has been rich his entire life, has never had to work, has no idea about money and who can't fathom that some people can't pay their medical bills.

Because of some sort of widespread brain disease they elected him as the working man's champion, but he's nowhere near such a thing.

Honestly, I think if Trump survives this ordeal, it should be called a success. And I mean that literally. Double cross morons and they're going to get you.

What I don't like about this article is that it makes it seem that banning all people from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, etc. would somehow be acceptable, when it's just as stupid, xenophobic, unfair, and damaging as what he's doing now.
Agree 100%

I was more so using it to illustrate what an utter fraud he is... because if he really thought that radical islam, muslim immigration, and refugees were the problem here, he would have instituted a blanket ban on all muslims entering America, which would have been much more consistent with the rhetoric him and his supporters have been spewing.

Instead, this ban on 7 muslim nations that haven't even been involved in terrorist attacks on US soil show it was all just a sham, and he's just doing this to appease his supporters.

Part of the reason there have not been terrorist attacks on US soil by citizens of these countries is that so-called "extreme vetting" already goes on when you are from such countries.

Dont underestimate this. Trump knows very well what drives the common worker and had ways to reach him.

He says he wants to keep their jobs in america. He's had a few headlines. Thays enough for them.

It would serve you well to watch republican social media to get an idea how they feel about trump. They are adoring him.

In other news 70% of the population are idiots

No. Trump knows what they want to hear. That's it. And as for this creating jobs thing.. So far it seems as if he's going to do it through massive government spending. Hardly new.

We arent talking what is right.

We are talking about exactly how they think and feel about what Trump says.

They are applauding him. I watch democratix MSM trash this, i watch Fox/Breit support it a bit/alot.

I see the feeds of reps on social media pages on facebook and instagram explode with praise.

Trumps antics are adored by these people. And they arent going to listen to someone telling them how they should feel.

Bannon was right. The media has bias. Fox&friends for reps, democratix MSN for Obama and dems.
They lost connection with the common worker. So the common worker doesnt give a shit if some upty democrat says trump is wrong and why. They see him do what he said he would when they voted for him.
