I don’t want to think of another 4 years of Allegri in the White House. Sorry, I mean Biden.
Perhaps the GOP should run someone better than an insane orange baboon and you wouldn’t have to think of it.

only a certain type of man as well, can’t have any weakness on the ballot
Only gay men should be able to vote? That’s an interesting position to take.

But some part of the population will always be entranced by insane orange baboons.

It always help to look around and think, no matter where you are and in what country, that at least 20% of these people want some kind of dictator.

It's fascinating to see once proud Americans turn into commie zombies. But then again, most men are mentally weak, which is why democracy is a racket.
Not sure if you're referring to me or not, you probably are, but keep in mind I've been consistent in my criticism of both parties over the years. Definitely not a Commie and still love capitalism. But the far right (and even some towards the center now) have transformed themselves into the party of eviscerating bodily autonomy and personal freedom, using government control to make society conform to their beliefs. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall the Republicans ever arguing in favor of targeting corporations for whatever reason they want, or making kids expose their genitals just to play a sport. De Santis is basically running government in Florida in the same fashion as some accused Obama of running the federal government. Don't people ever get tired of this fucking hypocrisy?

One of my good neighbors is running for local office as a Republican, usually he is pretty intelligent when it comes to not falling for certain party bullshit, but even he is making this election about targeting "woke" politics. But... it's a local election, where much of that stuff doesn't, or shouldn't matter. So once again, the political environment in this country is just a huge cancer, and it's going to kill us sooner or later. We can't fight crazy with crazy.

And by the way, LGBTQ peeps can be highly capitalistic as well. It's an ongoing joke that de gays have money. Not sure why they would want to completely alienate this voting base.

IMO military service should be a prerequisite for POTUS
Of course you think that. I'm sure you'd love Pete Buttcheeks as a candidate.

I'd rather have someone who is a strategic and an outside-the-box thinker, intelligent, went to great schools (this includes the Academies).

The Military is about 1% of the population. This is exactly like my saying, "I only want a trans President."

yea I'm not sure military service is indicative of a good candidate or good judgement. Not knocking it, just saying i don't think it proves much in terms of a good leader/voter

Realistically, Military Service is actually an indicator of impoverished upbringing, poor job choices, economically depressed areas, and substandard intelligence way more than it is "President."

Does TSA count? They have the inspect genitals experience.
TSA counts about as much as a branch of the Military/DOD/DHS/USSOCOM as the average person with severe retardation counts toward my need for winter firewood.

This. Most people from the military are not people I’d trust to run anything. How many vets end up broke and homeless? A lot

I am being a little harsh, but any constricted percentage of a population will have the same (approximately) standard as the supplying population. Within reason. You don't see billionaires, but you do see well-off guys, people for whom it's a family tradition or have a calling to serve. Those cats are typically okay, but the gross majority, as is the gross majority across the US, are kind of just substandard clowns who only show up to work in the Military because 250 pushups is more of a punishment than losing your job working at the soda jerk for $12.17 an hour.

The Military, especially the Enlisted side of the house, is mostly like hand-holding kindergarten shit. Only about E-6 or E-7 to E-9 are really worth their weight; but those are often times lifers. Most personnel do their 4 or 6 or 8 and dip to go to college. There are outliers, though. I knew an E-5 in the Navy who was a knuckle-dragger on a Boomer, and he was as smart as they come. Just happened to be a Nuclear Engineer in the Navy, which I think is the hardest position to get. It's either right above or right below aviator.
