I have yet to honestly find any business committed to buying one of those things for long-term commercial use. It seems like all the company does is produce robot dance and parkour videos for YouTube by pretending to be a B2B business of the future.

Meanwhile, potential customers -- businesses and municipalities - only seem to license a freebie for a 3-month-long pilot so that they can have their police officers and corporate bureaucrats pose with the dancing robots for the local papers and pretend that their organizations are "future ready".

It's a bit like taking your photo with the guy in the Goofy costume at Disneyland to show your coworkers how fun you are.

They're testing a model with overhead cables and hybrid-electric-diesel trucks here. You charge while driving that means the more of these 'electrified' bits you drive though the less battery capacity you require. And you have your diesel as back-up

I wonder if this Kanye situation is really more about his family breaking up then anything else. Like a murder suicide.

Wife dumps him, he tries to fuck with her on social media / through the courts so that he feels less helpless in the situation, doesn't work, so he has effectively begun to torch his own reputation as much as possible knowing that she is forever tied to him due to former marriage and kids. Burning his own house down to harm her in the last way he can.

The narcissism, ego and antisemistim are all real but the motivation for the public meltdown is he can't get over being cucked
