I swear, Subway bread smelling like sweat has to be a genetic trait, like how cilantro tastes like soap to some people. It's all I can think of when I walk in there, but some of my friends don't get the 'sweat' smell at all.
I used to remember Subway as pretty good back in the days. Tried a couple of weeks ago and it was disgusting. Dunno if i had shit taste buds as a teenager or the quality simply became worse
I tried Subway once in 2005 or so, the sandwich wasn't bad but on the expensive side of fast food

But what really pissed me off is how complicated the order was and that you were expected to name all components you wanted but there wasn't like a board where you could read them up, only some ready to go meals listed with prices. And when you asked them about the types they got extremely dismissive like wtf retard, why do you come unprepared, not our problem.

And they treated elderly people like this who walked in out of curiousity over the new shop. No wonder they're losing customers

It was a culture shock too because our local wageslaves are trained to walk you through the 500 types of sausages and meats with great patience and explain everything

Between different locations, or the different sandwiches? I barely ever go tbh, even though there is one on my street.
I don't go very often, but a high-traffic store is much better than the ones with the pink paste for the rotted ham.

What country do you live in again?

TBH this happens sometimes here (USA). The workers (sorry, Sandwich Artists) act like you are inconveniencing them by asking any questions or ordering anything other than one of the main menu items.

Northern Austria Ser

I came prepared in a way that I knew what filling I wanted (chicken teriyaki) so I went in 'SEEEERS I'd like a chicken teryiaki samwich to go pls' and they started with 'what bread you retard' and I was 'what bread do you have?' which really killed them :baus: 25 minutes later at the sauce I was looking closely so nobody spits in my sammich

Finally Murica bread is used to talk about food like God intended

:)
