"But this week Magrogan agreed to appear on my show to say he and hundreds of his fellow progressive colleagues are voting Republican. “I’m putting out an email every two days to about two hundred small business owners in my network, and then they send it out to their friends. We all have changed the way we’re going to vote.”

“They [Democrats] have created a giant enemy out of me. I’ve watched the government come in and destroy my business. They have completely taken away my ability to earn an income,” he said. “They have completely taken my freedom away to operate my business safely and intelligently.”
Magrogan can’t be sure all the progressives with whom he works and commiserates will vote for President Trump over Joe Biden, but he’s very certain the elected Democrats down-ballot will suffer mightily as their once reliable base of support turns to the GOP.
“For some reason, restaurants and small business owners — we’ve become the scapegoat. We’re evil. We’re dumb. I’ve seen what happens when big government says you don’t matter. We’re no different than a West Virginia coal miner. Somebody says, ‘We’re not doing coal anymore. Tough luck. Go get training.’”
I'd imagine a lot of restaurateurs that typically vote Democrat are at least having second thoughts this time. Not sure if these people are participating in the beloved "polls", but the shutdowns overseas are good timing for Trump in knowing he'll do his best to keep things open.

What if a shutdown is paired with a much more generous aid bill though, such as the previously proposed one?

We know businesses aren't boarding up out of fear of Republicans looting & burning.
Well, only if the bodies they run over in the streets fly off their hoods and crash into store windows, yes.

Are there any third parties in this election? I know they have no chance but haven't heard a thing about them this time around
The military. Like any good banana republic.

Greatest intellectual of our time

The curious thing is his worries are precisely what happened 4 years ago with a different political party.

Nothing. Votes don't get counted until polls close, which differs by state. You have roughly 12 hours until you start seeing news.
There are live numbers from Florida. In 3 hours roughly, Rs took 120k votes from Ds and are now ahead in the overall standings.

PS: of course not the actual votes are being counted but vote by registration. IIRC Florida is the state that gives out the most data as opposed to Texas

American tuzzers especially in cities please stay safe out there.....high chance of antifa and BLM going on a rampage...
Partly cloudy with a chance of afternoon antifa?

Good luck thinking there will be anything definitive in the next 24 hours.

It's gonna be tricky to tell the election and COVID numbers apart.
