Mozilla is the suite with all the applications, web, email, chat etc. Yes, it's all free.

I didnt know it had a chat client too.

And something that pisses me off about Mozilla- its obvious people will be asking for private accounts that can be accessed with help of a password. Why not just do it? I mean with the universal-password-option-thingy, the mail client, etc....

    common sense isnt it?

Yeah but the chat client is kinda sucky, I've never used it (or needed it), in fact today I found a way to get just the browser out of that package.

Well it does have that already. You can set up different user profiles, go to Tools > Switch profile to see that option. I believe it should also prompt you for that on the very first startup.

u have to go to Tools -> Switch Profiles, then click "Manage Profiles" IIRC. There should be an option there to add a password to your profile.

gray, I just found the most brilliant extension. There are so many that it's impossible to try them all. But this one is beautiful, you can set it up so that it changes tabs on mouseover. :star:

    It's called "Tabbrowser Extensions"

The download manager in Mozilla isn't very good, however Fiirefox has a brand new one you can try. I guess that one might make its way into Mozilla sometime in the near future. For password protection, do you run Windows 2000/XP? Because those are systems designed for multiple accounts, there you can log into Windows and pass protect your account. Otherwise, that might be tricky, I don't recall seeing a browser that has pass protected accounts.. :undecide:
